Température -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In order to minimize the risk of contamination in the production of medical products, Scholz HTIK (High Tech in Kunststoff) decided to change its temperature control processes from oil to water as a heat transfer medium. As practical experience has shown, the P230S pressurized-water temperature control unit developed by Regloplas meets all the requirements for utilizing the better physical temperature control properties of water in the temperature range up to 230 °C. Note de contenu : - Lower flow temperature, shorter heat-up time

Température -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : "Variotherm temperature control is at the stage where conformal tempering was ten years ago, but is rapidly gaining in importance." That was one of the central statements in our "High-Performance Molds" special issue in November 2014. In order to check the validity of this thesis, we had a good look around at the recent Fakuma exhibition. The applications are clearly focused, and frequently come as process combinations. Note de contenu : - Lightweight visible parts with guaranteed surface quality
- High-gloss surfaces obtained dynamically and resource-conserving
- Process integration opens up new quality horizons
- Efficiency benefits in spite of high process temperatures
- Optical parts with flawless quality
- Special process for special integration of functions

[article]

Température -- ContrôleIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The Internet of Things forms the basis for Industry 4.0. In the injection molding operation of the future, machines, peripheral equipment, sensors and applications will be networked with each other, communicate autonomously with one another, share data, and trigger actions in each other. The traditional models for industrial communication are not capable of mastering these new challenges. OPC UA provides a solution. The plastics industry is working to establish this flexible and secure communication architecture as the standard. Note de contenu : - OPC UA will greatly simplify complex processes
