Moules d'injectionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Four project partners showcased their companies at Fakuma last October by means of an ingenious give-away. Two of the companies involved - Horst Keller Werkzeugbau and Hasco - have already enjoyed a dependable working relationship for almost 50 years. They implemented the project, based on an idea by injection molding machine manufacturer, Dr. Boy, in a very short time, together with a third partner from their network. Note de contenu : - Mold design in the fast lane
- Multifunction card with different surface patterns
- Project duration until the sampling : five weeks
- Fig. 1 : The "check card" is a plastic article incorporating a number of different functions
- Fig. 2 : With the NX Reuse Library, nu-merous Hasco standard components can be called up as CAD models and incorporated in the design at the click of a mouse

OutillageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The newly developed Compactcube mold system from Foboha can be used on slightly modified standard machines in the low to medium clamping force range. This means that the advantages of cube mold technology are now also available for applications with smaller production volumes. Note de contenu : - Space requirements, energy consumption, number of cavities : advantages everywhere

Mousses plastiques -- Moulage par injectionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Automotive supplier Pollmann uses an injection molding process to physically foam glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastics used in the production of electromechanical components that are installed in motor vehicles. The use of nitrogen as blowing agent makes the process more efficient and confers special properties on the components. An Inmatec generator in the Pollmann plant supplies nitrogen on demand and in the required amount. Note de contenu : - 4000 parts per shift
- Generator plus compressor system and buffer tank
- Payback period of about two years
- Figure : The housing for a doorlock system is manufactured by the MuCell
- Fig. 1 : The injectionmold has four cavities. Corresponding to a set of housings (two front and two rear doors) for each vehicle
- Fig. 2 : Inmatec nitrogen generator. The tank on the platform to the right is the product tank (150 l), into which the generated nitrogen is first introduced unde 6 bar. The second module on this platform is the compressor system. The large tank on the right is the buffer tank (500 l), which contains N2 at 25 bar from here, the pipeline leads to the injection molding machinesEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y1DDOCV_rOK9PGPutt2dtR2oRuvQU04k/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=34715

Procédés de fabricationIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Family molds offer great potential for reducing costs. They are capable of producing multiple parts of different size and wall thickness in a single shot. The challenge lies in the design of the molds and the process control. Synventive solves this task with cavity-independent pressure control. Note de contenu : - Challenges in the design of family molds
- Machines, automation and software work hand in hand
- Comparing conventional and pressure-based process control
- Individual cavities are filled independently of time and pressure
- Reducing the closing force with pressure-based process control
- Melt pressure control reduces mold breathingEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ytRphbM108jGtXmD9mCC7BAqlsfODDKF/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=39334
