Note de contenu : - QU'EST-CE QUE LA PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE ?

Produits chimiques -- SécuritéIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The correct reading of a technical data sheet (TDS) or a material safety data sheet (MSDS), often called a safety data sheet (SDS), is overlooked by many tanners. Information about the ingredients that need to be used in the leather making process is critical to the success of the recipe. The misuse of a chemical is easily done, and not all tanneries have the luxury of regular visits by technical sales representatives who can corne in to explain the correct use of the chemical.
At the core of the chemical information that is available to the tanner is the data that contains valuable particulars about the use of the product. It is often accompanied by the technical information specific to that product. The data sheets will fall into two categories ; information on a formulation that has one ingredient (very rare in the leather industry, except in the beamhouse), or for a formulation that has a blend of ingredients.Note de contenu : - The technical data sheet (TDS)

Cuirs et peaux -- IndustrieIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The wet end of the tannery is probably its most unattractive face - often dirty, noisy and damp, with an odorous and corrosive atmosphere. Technology has been slower to penetrate here than in other more salubrious areas. The wet end, however, is the heart of the tannery, where leather quality is made or lost, and the automation of drums and process vessels should now be regarded as vital for the modern leather-making industry. SurfactantsIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : This article describes our study on the removal of Cr(VI) with the emulsion membrane formed from trioctylamine, secondary capryl alcohol and tributyl phosphate as carriers, Span-80 and Lan-113 as surfactants, and kerosene as the membrane solvent. Further, we have performed an orthogonal experiment regarding the carriers, surfactants for individual use and in combination. We also determined the way in which operational conditions, such as Roi, Rew, the internal and external phase pH values, emulsification mixing speed, time and waste/emulsion mixing rate affected the removal rate of Cr(VI).
