[article]
Titre : Calculating the layout of inserts Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Walter Michaeli, Auteur ; Bernhard Helbich, Auteur Année de publication : 2008 Article en page(s) : p. 41-44 Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Coupled simulation - By coupling the filling simulation with a structural analysis, it is possible to calculate the deformation of an insert when it has thermoplastic injected round it. This method puts the user in a position to verify the design of injection molded parts at an early stage already and makes it possible to avoid iteration cycles in mold construction. It also improves the quality of the part. Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=6530

Simulation, Méthode deIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : "Advanced PartSim" (Part 5) - The idea of optimizing the plastic-specific part development process from the initial product concept to the start of serial production is taking shape. New simulation analysis methods allow the determination and evaluation of burn streaks and sink marks. Note de contenu : - Provoking burn streaks and sink marks
