TissageIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : For many technical applications, in addition to high tenacity increasingly a reduction in weight is also demanded. This has been one of the main approaches for the development of Enka TecTape by PHP Fibers GmbH, Obernburg/Germany. It combines the well-known and in many applications proven high tenacity multifilament yarn profiles of Enka Nylon and Diolen with a novel yarn dimension. The single filaments are not bundled, as is usual with a round shape, but are placed as parallel as possible side by side and are fixed within this tape like form. Enka TecTape is producible based on polyamide, polyether terephtalate and poly lactic acid (PLA) polymer. Note de contenu : - Motivation to develop new multifilament tape yarn

Mousses plastiques -- Moulage par injectionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Automotive supplier Pollmann uses an injection molding process to physically foam glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastics used in the production of electromechanical components that are installed in motor vehicles. The use of nitrogen as blowing agent makes the process more efficient and confers special properties on the components. An Inmatec generator in the Pollmann plant supplies nitrogen on demand and in the required amount. Note de contenu : - 4000 parts per shift

Note de contenu : - PLUS DE QUALITE, PLUS ECONOMIQUE : La simulation numérique appliquée à l'allègement - Allègement grâce au procédé - bouteilles de lait - Allègement grâce au moule - seau 5 litres - La simulation numérique appliquée à la substitution de matériaux - Propriétés barrières - capsules à café - Emballages actifs
