Technique de la productionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Trend report (Part 2) : The expansion of fiber composites in a wide variety of applications, but particularly in automotive engineering, necessitates the use of cost-efficient materials and processes. A reduction in costs by approx. 20 to 40 % through the use of more cost-efficient fibers and improved textile production methods together with a higher degree of automation in the production processes should be possible by 2020. Automated production lines can reduce labour costs while improving product consistency. Efficient milling today requires the use of very fine beads. A new mill handles these efficiently, reducing both production times and energy input. Note de contenu : - Efficient production systems reduce labour costs
- The four key steps in planning a new plant
- Grinding bead parameters and their significance
- New mill design improves handling of smallest beads
- Scalability helps ensure consistent production
- Significance of the specific energy concept
- Production and facility costs can both be reduced

Son objectif est de produire des biens et services tout en limitant fortement la consommation et le gaspillage des matières premières, et des sources d'énergies non renouvelables ;

Matières plastiques -- RecyclageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The motivation to further increase the use of recyclates comes from many quarters : industry, consumers and legal requirements. The primary goal is to minimize CO2 emissions. Therefore, when developing new recyclate processing technologies, Engel always keeps an eye on the energy consumption – and also the costs. After all, the circular economy only has a chance if it is energy efficient and affordable. Note de contenu : - Concealing recyclate in virgin material in the sandwich molding

- The two-stage process saves repelletizing and a lot of energy
- Degassing and melt filtration integrated into processing

Pose de rubans automatiséeIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : There was once a time when a part was manufactured by automated tape laying (ATL) or automated fibre placement (AFP) just by looking at the complexity of the curvature. IN the case of a very high curvature, AFP was selected automatically, with very low productivity expectations and high cost of the final component. In the case of low curvatures, ATL was selected, resulting in higher productivity and lower overall cost of the part. Note de contenu : - Flexibility
