Résumé : |
Composite materials provide higher mechanical performance than metals, together with greater design freedom and Iower weight, but their manufacturing costs and geometrical limitations have slowed down their expansion so far. Tecnalia developed a technology called additive preforming of continuous-fibre composites that simplifies the process and reduces manufacturing costs. |
