Résumé : |
The synthesis of a phosphate modified lanolin fatliquor was made using ethanolamine via lanoline amidate reaction followed by the phosphate reaction by a sustained-release method using P2O5 dispersed in a solvent. The phosphate reaction confirmed that the best conditions were at 75°C for 2.5 hrs with a 3.0:1.0 molar ratio of hydroxy to P2O5. The result indicated that mole fraction of phosphoric acid monoester (MAP) made by the sustained-release method and the conversion of P2O5 increased by 12.3% and 5.7% respectively compared to the direct addition of P2O5 method. Phosphate fatliquor preparation by this method overcomes the odour problem of lanoline and is controllable. It is an eco-friendly reaction without wastage and is in accord with the demands of green production. |
