StratifiésIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Induction as contactless heating technology is also attractive for composite materials. The efficiency of the technology has so far been limited by the resulting complex temperature distribution. Therefore, it is necessary to fundamentally investigate the influences of the laminate parameters on the induction heating behavior of CFRP. Note de contenu : - Basics of induction heating
- Inhomogeneous temperature distribution
- Understanding the heating behavior
- Thread count : more rovings - less contact area
- Linear density : the finer, the bigger the contact area
- Fiber volume content : heating rate increases with FVC
- Influence of the matrix polymer
