Usure (mécanique)Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Surface Coating - Wear is unavoidable and system-inherent in counter-rotating twin-screw extruders. Apart from the material being extruded, the process parameters and the geometry of the parts, the right choice of friction partners plays a dominant role with respect to the service life of the process unit. The use of special surface coatings allows the service lives to be significantly prolonged. Note de contenu : - Adhesive wear
- Abrasive wear
- Corrosive wear
- Characteristic wear in the various applications
- Factors that influence wear
- Wear analysis
- Measures for reducing wear

Titre : Wear testing on plastics processing machines Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Roy T. Fox, Auteur ; Michael Rudschuck, Auteur Année de publication : 2004 Article en page(s) : p. 50-54 Note générale : Bibliogr. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Model test systems - Wear on plastics processing machines cannot be simulated. Wear studies are therefore carried out on model test systems. Conventional methods are often time consuming and costly. Two innovative, realistic test apparatuses now permit more precise and time-optimised studies. Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=7926

Terpolymère acrylonitrile styrène acrylateIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : ASA Polymers - Due to their resistance to weathering, UV radiation and aging together with chemical resistance ASA polymers are especially suited for outdoor applications. Used in wind turbines they also withstand the load during rotation. Titre : Weighing without time overhead : Weight measuring system directly on the robot ensures process quality Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Deborah Lidauer, Auteur ; Robert Dutzler, Auteur ; Gerhard Dimmler, Auteur Année de publication : 2019 Article en page(s) : p. 92-93 Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Automatisation
PesageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In injection molding, the component weight reflects the process consistency and the component quality. Components are therefore often weighed manually after production or automatically placed on a scale and picked up again. Engel has now developed a high-precision load cell for inline weight measurement that can be integrated directly between the rotary axes and the end-of-arm tooling of a linear robot. This allows the component weight to be recorded without loss of time during on-going production, and without having to deposit the components for weighing. Note de contenu : - Highest measuring precision
- Industry 4.0 as a driver
- Deployed in the automation industry
