Résumé : |
For compatibility with the electromobility and machine manufacturing mass markets, the sector is pushing for new concepts for the mass production of lightweight components for electrical single-axis drive trains. The use of fiber-reinforced, metal-filled polymers would considerably increase the efficiency of electric motors. This is the starting point for the ProLemo project, in which multiple partners are working together on production techniques for efficient lightweight motors for electrical vehicles. |

- Highly filled soft magnetic composite
- Two rotor variants on one mold
- Weight saving of over nine kilograms
- The overall weight of the ProLemo drive is reduced by over 9 kg thanks to th elightweight components. The rotor disks with different internal contours were both manufactured on an Arburg machine by a two-component process
- Fig. 1. A modular rasterization was chosen for the structure of the rotor
- Fig. 2. Variants for torque connection : the interior contour is produced as a multi-tooth and as a six-sided version
- Fig. 3. The different steps of the creation process : the pre-molded part for torque connection, the component overmolded with SMC, and the rotor disk with inserted magnets |
