Résumé : |
Schöttli’s servo-controlled unscrewing system with its special quick-change concept allows efficient production of high-precision medical components meeting the highest safety requirements. Multi-cavity molds equipped with this system have established themselves in recent years for a wide range of applications on the growing market for medical products, such as syringe barrels or closing cones. The benefit for the customer is enhanced by the compact design and the innovative cluster concept. |

- Thread core is replaced within 30 seconds
- Gating from one or two sides, depending on the requirements
- FIGURES : Screw-in core and thread core with rack. The power is generally transmitted from the actuator to the rotating cores by means of racks and pinions - 1. On disposable syringes, needle holders are connected to the syringe barrel by means of a simple push-on connector (Luer Slip) or with a screw-on connector (Luer Lock) - 2. The rotating thread cores in the injection mold that form the thread. Electric servo motors (above, in detail on the right) are preferred here for generating the rotational movement - 3. The unscrewing systems presented here comprise a quick-change concept for the thread cores |
