A good skimming ability as well as a good, long-lasting lather white simultaneously achieving a good cleaning efficiency, particularly on baked-on food residues, plus an acceptable price-performance ratio are the main properties consumers primarily look for in dishwashing agents. The developing foam has an important signal effect on the performance of the hand dishwashing detergent. The key to this is a combination of surfactants and polymers by which an intensive long-lasting foam and a high effectiveness to remove baked-on food residues will be obtained. |
