High-precision injection molding processes, too, are subject to a variety of disturbances, such as fluctuations in batches, production breaks and compounding in of recyclate and masterbatches. With the innovative technique of adaptive process control, it is possible to automatically respond to fluctuations still during injection. As a result fewer interventions by the user are necessary – the process can be started up faster and is robust to disturbances. |
