Fumarate de diméthyleIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Purge-assisted headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (PA/HS-SPME) was proposed for the determination of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) extracted from finished leather. Samples were extracted from solvent by Accelerated Solvent Extractor (ASE), concentrated and purified with PA/HS-SPME, analyzed by gas chromatography-mass-spectrometry (GC-MS), and quantified against external standards. The parameters of PA/HS-SPME, such as temperature and time, were studied. Under the optimal conditions, the linearity for DMF was over the concentration range of 5-1000ng/ml ; the detection limit was 1ng/ml ; the relative standard deviation (n=6) was 9.94 % at 100ng/ml. The recoveries were in the range of 66.8-91.5 %. This eco-friendly method was applied to the determination of DMF in leather samples satisfactorily. The proposed PA/HS-SPME method opens new avenues for the determination of DMF in leather samples. SpectrophotométrieIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The on-line decolouring reverse reference flow injection analysis (r-FIA) was proposed to determine chromium(VI) extracted from dyed leather by phosphate buffer. A decolouring column and time switch controller was introduced in r-FIA. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 2-50µg/l ; the detection limit was 0.94µg/l ; the relative standard deviation (n=11) for 20µg/l chromium(VI) was 0.88 %. Using a dyed leather sample, the corresponding linear range of this method was 0.5-12.5mg/kg. The method not only effectively removes the colour interference but also is also rapid, reliable, saves time and effort and is convenient. This method was suitable for automatic and continuous analysis with satisfactory result. The method represents 'green' analytical chemistry for Cr(VI) in dyed leather samples. SpectrophotométrieIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A novel reverse reference flow injection analysis (rrFIA) method coupled with spectrophotometric detection is described for the determination of formaldehyde in tannery effluent. The absorbance of the complex is measured at 630nm. Chemical factors and rrFIA variables affecting the system are also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method is 0.005-1.0mg•L-1; the detection limit is 4.01pg•L-1; the precision is 0.583%. Comparing the method with the National Standard Method of China, the error is within ± 5% which meets the requirements. The proposed method is simple and convenient for the determination of formaldehyde in tannery effluent. Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE : Reagents - Apparatus - Analytical procedure

TannageIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In order to control the pollution by nitrite, a direct spectrophotometric flow injection method for the determination of nitrite in tannery effluents has been developed. The method is based on the diazotized intramolecular coupling of a 4-amino-5hydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid monosodium salt hydrate (AHNDMS) by the addition of nitrite in a phosphate buffer solution of pH7.5 and the increase in absorbance of the purple complex is monitored at 550nm. Chemical factors and FIA variables affecting the system are also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 20-1500µg l-1 ; the detection limit was 0.15µg l-1 ; the relative standard deviation was 0.67 % (n=11, 450µg l-1). This method was suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and successfully applied to determine the content of nitrite in tannery effluent. TannageIndex. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : A simple and rapid spectrophotometric flow injection analysis method for the determination of sulphide has been developed. The proposed method was based on the reducibility of sulphide ion by silicon-molybdenum heteropoly acid, resulting in an intense blue complex with absorption at 630nm. The absorbance value of this compound is directly proportional to the concentration. Optimum conditions for determining sulphide were investigated by a univariate method. Under the optimum conditions, a linear calibration graph was obtained over the range 0-200mg l-1, the detection limit was 32.8µg l-1, the relative standard deviation was 1.86 % (n=12) and the standard addition recovery was between 96.12 % and 104.50 %. The method has been satisfactorily applied for the determination of sulphide in tannery wastewater samples.
