Hot Runner Technology - For the production of connectors with complex shapes made of glass-fiber reinforced PBT, PA12 or PPA, an automotive supplier relies on individually designed, wear-free hot runner systems with needle valves. The use of pneumatically operated needle actuating plates supports the synchronous filling of the multi-cavity molds, and permits installation in cramped surroundings. Such high-precision injection molded parts require an ingenious interaction between design principles, material, and manufacturing accuracy. |
