Résumé : |
Lightweight Design - Fiber-reinforced plastics are favorite lightweight design materials. They offer considerable potential for cutting the weight of tomorrow’s vehicles, so facilitating compliance with emission requirements. Reducing friction losses in slide bearing applications also seems desirable. But the competitiveness of composite materials in this application must be significantly improved through new, cost-efficient production technologies. |
