Résumé : |
Many of today's high-tech products are made of composite materials which are specifically designed for their targeted applications. In addition to a specialised knowledge of the characteristics of these materials ― which are often anisotropic ― quality control is a priority. As these components contribute to safety, especially in the aerospace, aircraft, or boating industries, and are of great economic value, defects must be rapidly identified during both production and maintenance phases. |
