This paper attempts to bring our salient features of microbes as potential deteriogens in water based paint systems and their manifestations.
With an accent on judicisouly controlling these defects in paints, the paint formulator is being appraised of various tools and techniques, which he may choose to exercise while formulating a quality water based paint.
Lastly, various factors which need to be considered before selection of specific preservatives are being discussed so as to derive the maximun cost benefit out of its usage. |
