Dense-phase systems can be manually operated, partially automated or fully controlled by robots. The carefully coordinated components of these systems offer powder coaters the ideal solution for processing even very small batches flexibly and cost-effectively and give them the opportunity to benefit from the developments of industry 4.0. |
Note de contenu : |
- More efficient coating processes with HDLV pumps
- A constant, linear powder output
- Automated control system
- Fig. 1 : The advanced nozzle design enables the automated spray guns to produce a coating of a uniform thickness even on parts with complex shapes
- Fig. 2 : The powder coating system, has an automated control function and integrated network interface for recording production data, monitoring the system status and remote diagnostics
- Fig. 3 : The soft cloud of powder at low velocity improves application efficiency during the first pass
- Fig. 4 : The HDLV pumps are virtually maintenancefree, which means they also enhance quality, flexibility and production benefits over the long term |
