Matières plastiques -- Moulage par injection -- Appareils et matérielIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Energy Costs - Plastics processors too often do not exploit the potentials for reducing energy costs. The reasons for this are varied – either the machine is not suited to the application or an investment decision is based on an only hypothetical costreduction. Now, one can learn about “best practice” injection molding machine technology. Note de contenu : - New control systems for hydraulic IM machines
- All-electric machines underrepresented in Europe
- Hybrid machines can be adapted as required
- Difference between available and marketable technology
- Correctly assessing investment decisions
- Intelligent accountingPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=16253

VitrageIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Helicopter glazing made from acrylic glass or polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) provides a clear view and unparalleled safety. The material is approximately 50 % lighter than mineral glass, shapeable and resistant to extreme environmental influences. Note de contenu : - Decisive advantages

Simulation par ordinateurIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Additives often consist of additive mixtures of heterogeneous components. Their anisometry leads to part properties that depend very strongly on the orientation of the additives. For this reason, it is essential to ‧describe such orientation behavior at an early phase of development when additized plastics parts are being designed. Note de contenu : - First model and measurements
- Method for determining interaction coefficients
- Determining the coefficients of interaction
- Development of a simulation model

Titre : When less is more : Blow film and flat sheet film extrusion trend report Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Christoph Dohm, Auteur Année de publication : 2021 Article en page(s) : p. 24-29 Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Films plastiques

PolyéthylèneIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In the interest of sustainability, film extrusion plants have to process recycled materials and also produce recyclable products. Monomaterial products and a plant layout optimized for the products are the current trends. A multilayer structure as such does not pose a problem for recycling as long as all layers are made from the same class of plastic. Digitization continues to be an important driving force as digital tools contribute to solving the problems that need to be overcome. Note de contenu : - Topics that Gained Importance in Recent Years
- Current Product Highlights
- Support for Rapid Material Changeovers
- Digital Platforms Are in Demand
- Composite Film versus Recyclability
- What matters in systems engineering
- What will gain importance in the future
- The race to the first full PE film with barrier function

Moules d'injectionIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Molds for mass production - European contracts for molds are often awarded in Asia, but the other way around is not so uncommon. To meet a battery producer’s stiff requirements, German contractors developed an integrated “hot side” mold design and brand new regulation technology. Close cooperation among the business partners formed the basis for project success. Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=3762
