Index. décimale : 677 Textiles Résumé : The most important quality parameter in texturing is the correct yarn tension. Abnormal tension levels and peaks result in dyeing problems.
During production, many problems can accu-mulate which are not easily recognized. Without process tension control, these faults are usually only detected later in the fabric. A tension control offers many options for obtaining a clear overview of production and quality situations at any time. The increased quality demanded for textured yarns, the use of nevv materials and of microfilaments, together with an increase in texturing speeds, requires quality controls that are more and more extensive. The quality control procedures, which are sometimes very labor intensive, can be substantially reduced by using on-line process monitoring, e.g. by measuring yarn tension continuously.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JsB6vYM_fsBMjCqb-u9Dp7wj2pPaLoVy/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=21525

Liquides -- Application-dosage
ProductionIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : The usual procedure for applying liquid to solid media is carried out in two successive steps. Whe the help of a new flow system, both steps can now be combined in one process. Note de contenu : - Fully automated application of liquids
- Higher efficiency - lower costs
- Reduction of toxic substances
- Spray application vs. flow system
- Fig. 1 : The FC applicator has an integrated flow-through system - the liquid to be applied can thus be fed directly to the attachment from a downstream container

ProductionIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : Since the late 1980s, producers and consumers have favored PET - polyethylenterephthalate - for bottles. These bottles come with the distinctive advantages of being lightweight and almost unbreakable. However, the success generates the new challenge of coping with billions of discarded bottles each year. In many regions of the world recycled is more than 75%. However, unfortunately there are also regions with recycling rates not exceeding 15%. Recycling in Asia is widespread because especially entrepreneurs in China recognized early that PET bottles are a valuable raw material. Using recycled polyester flakes offers numerous advantages: the economical aspect (flakes are cheaper than virgin chips) and the sustainability/good image aspect (green label) are to be mentioned among them.
