Enroulement filamentaire
LogicielsIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : Filament winding is one of the few automated processes for composites manufacture and can produce highly repeatable, high quality components at reduced labour content. A big advantage of filament winding is that it used continuous fibres which leads to very good material properties for both strength and stiffness. There is also the ability to orientate the fibre directions for 'optimised' composites. High fibre volume fractions are possible, and it can use materials in the simplest (lowest cost) form - fibre roving & resin winding is accurate, repeatable and gives a high-quality internal surface. Note de contenu : - Some history
- Why do we need filament winding software ?
- Inbuilt machine simulation
- Winding machine control and configuration
- Developments in pipe fitting winding

Pour les autres sujets, ajouter à l'indice la subdivision 0685, Table 1 Résumé : For the last year experts from different divisions within Dürr have been working together in the company's digital factory to develop digital solutions specifically for the automotive industry. In this interview, the author explains the current status of the digital transformation.
Note de contenu : - Annabel Jondral, mechanical engineering and IT are becoming increasingly and IT are becoming increasingly closely linked. How is Dürr preparing for this change ?
- Dürr launched its digital factory a year ago. What exactly does it involve ?
- Can you highlight some of the starting points for future development ?
- Where do you believe the connection between digitisation and specific benefits for plant operators lies ?
- Can you give an example of an application from the digital factory ?
- Do you have any other examples of how digital solutions can improve processes ?

Imagerie tridimensionnelle
LogicielsIndex. décimale : 667.6 Peintures Résumé : The latest technical breakthrough in the automotive coat-ing industry provides a digital, three-dimensional car colour rendering system with the capability of produc¬ing realistic colours without paint. The SpectraMaster Color Atlas 3D from Axalta Coating Systems, for the first time, pro-vides automotive manufacturers (OEMs) with a tool to support the entire automotive colour process: from vehicle styling, colour development and coating production, to a finished vehicle that beautifully displays the customer's chosen colour. The system aims to reduce the colour development cycle time and provide critical tools for outstandingly accurate aftermar¬ket colour matching. Note de contenu : - Is a colour just a colour ?
