Technique de la productionIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The use of a state-of-the-art power and free conveyor system has allowed a Turkish radiator manufacturer to improve the efficiency of its production processes. The robust, durable conveyor connects several of the company's welding lines fully automatically with the dip painting and surface coating zones and a packaging line. Note de contenu : - Maximum flexibility in the material flow
- Efficient handling
- Sustainable, phased pretreatment process
- Different coating methods combined in one process
- Automatic empty mode
- Fig. 1 : After being loaded, the radiators and panels are sorted and transferred first of all to a buffer zone where they can be stored temporarily and take up very little space
- Fig. 2 : The radiators and panels are transported to a large allocation buffer before passing through all the phases of the production process
- Everyminute radiators totalling ten metres in length are transported on descending and ascending sections of the conveyor through a dip tank for paintingPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=31000

Economies d'énergie
Pompes à videIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : The vacuum needed for conveying bulk material can be generated with side channel blowers, but it is much more energy-efficient to use vacuum pumps. These can slash the power consumption needed for vacuum ‧generation by up to 70 %. Note de contenu : - High energy consumption of the previous vacuum generators
- Delivering required operating pressure without loss of pumping speed
- Less power consumption and less noise in the production room
- Less downtime - More throughput
