Phosphate d'ammonium
- le dihydrogénophosphate de magnésium (Mg(H2PO4)2) ;
- l'hydrogénophosphate de magnésium (MgHPO4) ;
(Wikipedia)

Tannage -- DéchetsIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Ammonia nitrogen (NH 3 -N) pollutant has received much attention in the leather industry. An efficient strategy for removal of NH 3 -N from tannery wastewater was proposed by using a magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) precipitation method to remove NH 3 -N from deliming effluent with the highest NH 3 -N concentration among all leather-making effluents. Results showed that approximately 80% of NH 3 -N was removed from deliming effluent when reacting at P/Mg/N mole ratio of 1.2:1.2:1.0 and pH 9.5 for 20 min. The NH 3 -N and total nitrogen concentrations of tannery wastewater (a composite wastewater of all leather-making effluents) sharply decreased by treating deliming effluent with MAP precipitation, which greatly improved the biological treatment efficiency of tannery wastewater. The residual concentration of NH 3 -N in the treated tannery wastewater was less than 2 mg/L. The total phosphorus concentration of tannery wastewater increased by less than 0.4 mg/L, indicating that secondary pollution of phosphorus did not occur after MAP precipitation treatment. Tanins végétauxIndex. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : The short-term (5 day) and long-term (30 day) biodegradation behaviours of black wattle, bayberry, valonia and chestnut tannin extracts were systematically investigated in this paper. The results indicated that all of these four vegetable tannin extracts are biodegradable although they might retard the biodegradation process to some extent owing to the inhibitory effect of tannins on the activated sludge process. Short-term biodegradabilities of the four tannin extracts were concentration-dependent. These tannin extracts could be effectively biodegraded in 5 days at concentrations of 0.25g/L, but the biodegradation process was retarded remarkably when the concentrations were increased to 5.00g/L. In general, short-term biodegradabilities of the four tannin extracts follow the sequence of valonia tannin>chestnut tannin>bayberry tannin>wattle tannin, implying that the hydrolysable tannins are easier to biodegrade than the condensed tannins. The results of long-term biodegradation showed that all of the four vegetable tannin extracts can be completely biodegraded by prolonging the activated sludge process, even if they are present at high concentration. Therefore, the encouraging findings in this research suggest that vegetable tannin extracts are environmentally friendly leather chemicals.
(Wikipedia)Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : This article concerns the experimental study of separating Cr(VI) using emulsions made with trioctylamine (TOA) as the carrier, Span-80 as surfactant and kerosene as the membrane solvent. We have determined that the operation conditions, such as internal phase concentrations, external phase pH, the amount of carrier, the speed and time of membrane making and membrane internal ratio and emulsion water ratio, affect the removal rate of
Cr(VI).
The experimental results show that the emulsion liquid, made with the mixture of TOA, Span-80 and ceresin wax using high intensity stirring and the external water phase mix well together with low-speed stirring. The membrane phase absorbs Cr(VI) and gives good results separating enriched Cr(VI) through extraction. The removal rate of Cr(VI) can reach 96.63%.Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL SECTION : Reagents - Instruments - Experimental methods

LignocelluloseIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The removal of chromium (Cr) from wastewater by various adsorbents has been investigated. As compared with the commercial activated carbon, the biosorbents with inexpensive and high adsorption capacities are developed from lignocellulosic wastes. Lignin, existing in lignocellulosic biomass, is the second most abundant resource in nature. Recently, lignin-based bio-sorbents were served as an advanced novel material for the metal ions and dye adsorption from wastewater. It has showed several advantages in the wastewater treatments because of the low-cost, high adsorption capacity, easy recover, and possibility of metal recovery. In this review, the isolation of lignin from lignocellulosic biomass was summarized, and the structural characteristics of lignin were comparably analyzed. The modification of lignin was performed to obtain a large surface area, strong binding-site, and high and quick adsorption properties of lignin-based adsorption materials. The adsorption efficiency of Cr ions was found to be strongly dependent on the pH of the wastewater. To further illustrate the adsorption process, the structural changes and the interactions between the metal ions and the functional groups of the lignin-based biosorbents in the adsorption process should be further investigated. Once the cost-effective and high-efficiency modification techniques are developed, lignin-based adsorbents can be expected to be the most suitable alternatives for Cr ions removal from wastewater in industry.
