For this reason, BASF's Coatings division has set up a research centre where it investigates the different variables and influences on the painting process. Note de contenu : - Understanding paint atomisation
- Optimum curing processes
- Keeping process faults to a minimum
- Fig. 1 : The continuous drying oven allows the curing processes used by a variety of car manufacturers to be simulated
- Fig. 2 : The main reason for the contamination of paint atomisers are overspray, vacuum and high-voltage effectsPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=33845

Revêtement -- Séchage:Peinture -- SéchageIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Nearly everyone knows the situation : "You want to paint something at home and you've stil got an old started tin in the cellar ; you open it and straight away you see a thick skin on the surface". This skinning is typical for oxidation drying paints since they tend to crosslink in the container as the oxygen trapped in the tin reacts with the binding agent on the surface of the material. However with other paints, too, there are physical and/or chemical processes which lead to skinning at the wrong palce and the wrong time. Note de contenu : - Physical or chemical reaction
- Causes of faults and rectifying them : Production faults - Formulation mistakes - Faults in processingEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DyRzlao8x9AFqAMi5JMrb0c-ar87oL-f/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=40660
