There are two basic conditions which degrade concrete : condition during production of concrete and secondly exposure condition during life time. There are number of factors responsible for corrosion on reinforced steel. A normal précaution in adopting the corrosion protection measures in raising a structure along with coating on structure can significantly enhance the life of structures. Note de contenu : 1. Existing studies have discussed the impact of the microstructure of waterproof material on the structure of waterproof coating, the optimization of the mix ratios of waterproof material, and the influencing factors of the waterproof performance of waterproof material, etc., however, few researches have concerned about the mechanical properties of concrete after coated with the spray-coating waterproof material. Therefore, to fill in this research gap, this paper researched the durability of road and bridge concrete and the spray-coating waterproof material. At first, it analyzed the bridge deck water pressure and the internal force of the drain pipe structure under multiple drainage methods, and calculated the water pressure at the gutter inlet, the stress, and the permeability coefficient of the waterproof coating. Then, this paper elaborated on the experimental methods for measuring the durability of the road and bridge before and after coated with the spray-coating waterproof material, and introduced the methods for testing the waterproof material and the concrete. At last, this paper gave the corresponding experimental results, the analysis, and the conclusion. Matériaux cimentairesIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Concrete is the most widely used construction material in the world. The design, detailing, and execution of concrete to resist weathering action, chemical attack, abrasion, and other processes of deterioration over its intended service life determines its durability.
Durable concrete can retain its original form, quality, and serviceability when exposed to its environment. The type and severity of deterioration of a given structure may be affected by its proximity to sources of deleterious agents or agents that facilitate distress, exposure to wind, precipitation, or temperature.Note de contenu : - Hydrophobic integral waterproofing compound
