- le modèle poupée russe: les plans de graphène sont arrangés en cylindres concentriques ;

These efforts have led to profound importance of nanocomposite coatings based on polymers and carbon nanostructures. It is shown that good reinforcement, advanced mechanical properties, and high corrosion resistance are only found at relatively low levels of nanocarbon (i.e., fullerene, carbon black, carbon nanotubes, graphene, graphene oxide, and carbon dots) loadings in coating compositions. Herein, a survey of breakthrough scientific studies on application of carbon nanostructures in corrosion-resistant organic coatings is carried out to pave the way for future developments in novel nanocoatings. The different processing methods for producing graphene/rubber nanocomposites are investigated in depth. Furthermore, based on the results of various experiments performed with the produced graphene/rubber nanocomposites, an attempt is made to establish an outline over the influence of graphene nanofillers inside the rubber matrix. To explain the composite material characteristics, different processes, and the consequence of the incorporation of graphene/graphene derivatives nanofillers, a unique approximation has been accomplished. It is widely used in many applications such as medical, automotive and industrial fields. It can be foundin products such as furniture, coatings, adhesives, construction materials, paints, elastomers, insulators, elastic fibers, foams, integral skins, etc. because it has extraordinary which are available. Though the material is having fascinating properties the material is also associated with various problems such as inferior coating properties. Inorganic pigments and fillers are dispersed in organic components and binders to coating systems. It gives general introduction about the various fillers and it's classification, mechanism by which the filler enhances the mechanical properties of the materials, various factors which affects the properties of the coatings. Various methods of incorporaton of fillers in the coating systems are discussed. Various nano fillers such as SiO2, TiO2, AL2O3, antimony doped tin oxide (ATO), BaSO4, FE2O3 as well as carbon nanotubes, graphene derived fillers and nano diamonds are discussed in detail.
Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In this study, polydimethylsiloxane and graphene were used to fabricate surface electrodes for electrocardiographic (ECG) sensing. A simple and inexpensive method was developed to fabricate graphene-based polymer films. In this method, graphene was inlaid in polydimethylsiloxane by polymer infiltration. The polymer films were successfully used in ECG measurements and performed as well as conventionnal silver/silver chloride wet electrodes. Few motion artifacts were observed with the graphene films when body postures were changed and during walking. The presented approach is low-cost and suitable for mass production, holding great promise in fabricating polymer electrodes for medical monitoring. Revêtements protecteursIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : In this work, by exploiting the lubricity and barrier effect of graphene and the hydrophobic polymer (polyvinylidene fluoride, PVDF), a superhydrophobic graphene/PVDF composite coating (G/PVDF) with contact angle of approximately 153.3° was prepared on microarc oxidized aluminum alloy to protect the substrate from friction and corrosion. The G/PVDF coating was strongly bonded with the microarc oxidization (MAO) layer on the aluminum alloy by the ionic interactions between graphene and the cations of polyelectrolyte, and hydrophobic interactions between graphene and PVDF. Results show that the friction coefficient of the G/PVDF coating was lower than that of the MAO-only ceramic coating, with the lowest friction coefficient for the G/PVDF3 film of about 0.3, which demonstrates better antiwear property compared with the MAO-only ceramic coating. In addition, the superhydrophobic coating exhibited enhanced anticorrosion properties compared with the MAO-only ceramic layer, which is attributed to the combined effect of graphene and the superhydrophobicity of the surface.
