The decomposable crosslinking paint exhibits good properties throughout its use in the natural environment, and after use, it can be easily eliminated in a special process to recover the substrates. The paint was cured by a reaction between a carbonyl group of resins and a hydrazide group of crosslinking agents. The reverse reaction could be promoted by three essential components: water (reactive material), an acid (catalyst), and a solvent (diluent between active groups). The paint film was eliminated by dipping the paint in the solution containing these three components. The rates of dissolution were determined by water content, acid strength, swelling intensity of solvent, and dipping temperature. Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL : Preparation - Measurements

Although two-component NIPU coatings based on the reaction of cyclic carbonates and aliphatic amines have emerged as a promising option, they are still associated with two significant drawbacks: lower crosslinking densities due to reduced functionality of the oligomers and low ambient-temperature reactivity. This study reports the utilization of a hybrid approach to address these drawbacks. Amine-functional NIPU oligomers (NI-PUPA) were synthesized by the reaction of cycloaliphatic amine functional compounds and multi-functional cyclic carbonates in an excess amine molar ratio. After mixing the NI-PUPAs with (3-glycidyloxypropyl) trimethoxysilane (GPTMS), a dual-curable coating could be achieved by ambient curing of amines and epoxies and moisture curing of alkoxy silanes. A comparative experimental design was implemented to evaluate the effect of an additional curing mechanism. The results revealed that the additional moisture curing led to faster ambient curing, faster development of properties, enhanced flexibility even at higher crosslinking densities, and better corrosion resistance. Such advancement could facilitate the future implementation of NIPUs in high-performance ambient-curing coating applications. Tannage Résumé : Some of the basic properties of tannery sludge were examined by using GC-MS, atomic absorption spectrophotometry and other methods. The effect of enzyme pre-treatment for tannery sludge was studied. The results showed that the alkaline protease 2709 and neutral protease As.1398 can effectively prompte the soluble chemical oxygen demand of tannery sludge.
Alkaline protease 2709 enzymatic pre-treatment can promote anaerobic digestion of tannery sludge. It can increase the rate of decomposition of organic matter by 23.01 %, and increase methane gas production by 144.89 %. Used together with ultrasound pre-treatment alkaline protease 2709 and can promote anaerobic digestion and increase the rate of decomposition of organic matter by 65.63 % and gas production by 425 %.Note de contenu : - EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURES : Materials - Experimental methods - Testing and characterization

Son objectif est de produire des biens et services tout en limitant fortement la consommation et le gaspillage des matières premières, et des sources d'énergies non renouvelables ;

Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The circular economy advocates that wa should always strive towards a non-linear, circularised model that harvest resources and then keeps them in a loop for as infinite as possible. The efficiencies and lack of depletion associated with long-lived products make it a 'no-brainer'. However, there is an element of Utopian philosophy in the ideal. We live in a world that does not have materials and products that are circular, and will have to dispose of them at some point in the future. Despite many companies claiming they are recycling ocean plastic, the harsh reality is they cannot recycle all of it. It is from mixed plastic sources and is highly contaminated, or even highly degraded by the exposure it has had at sea for many years. Even in the perfect recycling world, there is waste that we need to be disposed of in some manner. Technosphere waste is inevitable with a complex material like synthetic textiles, or chemically complex plastic. Even seasoned recyclers of aluminium and paper know that there is some residual waste that is destined for the landfill site after each recycling loop. Note de contenu : - Principle of decomposition

TiO2 nanoparticles, which have an anatase crystalline phase with superior PC activity, were directly synthesized over TPU nanofibers and the coated membranes were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry. The SEM images confirmed that the addition of polyethylene glycol reduced the nanoparticle dimensions and yielded greater distribution over the nanofibers. UV–Vis analysis demonstrated that Ag decoration over the coating enhanced the PC performance by up to 69.4% following 2-h UV illumination.
