Robots industrielsTags : 'Ramasseur de carottes pneumatiques" Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Besides custom-made automation solutions, there is also increasing global demand for standardized robots. In many automation projects, they help to achieve a combination of high performance and high cost-efficiency. With the new pic A pneumatic sprue picker, the market now has a flexible, compact solution for separating sprues, and easy removal of small injection-molded parts. Note de contenu : - Movements in confined spaces
- Robust mechanical systems
- Standardized operating logic across the entire cell
- Extra reliability
- Figure : The development process extends from the predecessor model ER-USP via multiple concept studies to the swivel-arm design of the current pic A
- Fig. 1 : The swivel arm replaces the fixed X-axis
- Fig. 2 : In the park position, the swivel arm is completely folded in. In this way, the pic A does not need to be demounted for setting up the injection molding machine
- Fig. 3 : The triangular kinematics converts the vertical drive movement into a horizontal linear demolding movement
- Fig. 4 : To eject the sprues, the axis turns to the side through 90°C
- Fig. 5 : The discharge chute for deposition of the sprues is very compactly integrated into the injection molding machinesEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FzPsxlfz0YacWC-mdmmO33GXeco_bE0X/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=34073

Matières plastiques -- Moulage par injection -- Appareils et matérielIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : In the past, reductions in the energy consumption of injection molding machines have come about through numerous advances in drive technology. Today it is no longer just about the energy consumption of individual consumers. Instead, the spotlight is increasingly being trained on capping energy peaks and distributing regenerative energy. Progressive machine networking under Industry 4.0 is opening up new horizons in the future of smart energy management. Note de contenu : - Servo-hydraulics increasingly standard
- All-electric machines meet specific sector requirements
- Energy stores for constant connected load
- Machine energy management through smart distribution
- Energy management system for all available machines
- Outlook : transferring stored energy to other machinesEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_o8vKNOEAi_pQiDe6o2gTu7KsvWGkX9u/view?usp=drive [...]

PompesIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Unplanned production downtime can have far-reaching consequences in an injection molding company until delays in delivery. In the form of e-connect.monitor, Engel offers a solution for analyzing the condition of critical machine components, which avoids unanticipated downtime. Following the introduction of two modules for monitoring plasticizing screws and ball screws, the company is now presenting further e-connect.monitor modules for condition monitoring of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic oil. Note de contenu : - Three factors as the cause of decreasing oil quality
- Three oil monitoring strategies
- Wear values from monitoring of fixed displacement pumps
- Fig. 1 : A wide variety of factors influence oil quality. As the hydraulic oil ages, the particulate content increases, especially in the range > 4 µm, thus changing the oil properties
- Fig. 2 : Over the service life, the water content in the hydraulic system increases. This deteriorates the friction properties and also leds to corrosion
- Fig. 3 : The condition of the hydraulic oil and the pumps (shown in th escreenshot) is clearly displayed on the e-connect customer portal. The system can automatically send status messages and warning messagesPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=31448

Matières plastiques -- Moulage par injection -- Appareils et matérielIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Drive, heating and processing energy - Injection molding - Additional power plants alone will not be able to satisfy the ever-growing demand for energy. It is equally, if not more important to use energy more efficiently. Selecting the appropriate injection molding machine (with its three major energy consumers) represents an essential step in this regard. Note de contenu : - Drive concept - hydraulic versus electric
- Both offer savings
- Heating energy represents the lion's share
- Material throughput and cycle time as starting points
