[article]
Titre : Adhesive fixing of rovings increases load bearing Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Eckart Kühne, Auteur Année de publication : 2009 Article en page(s) : p.57-59 Note générale : bibliogr. Langues : Anglais (eng) Résumé : Fiber composites are continuing their advance as lightweight engineering materials. An important factor in the part design is the orientation of the fibers in the loading direction. However, the method of laying individual fiber rovings in the direction of force is almost never used. It is facilitated by a new process in which a robot tracks the lines of force and fixes the filaments with a cold adhesive system. Titre : Metal forming during injection moulding Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Bernhard Wielage, Auteur ; Eckart Kühne, Auteur Année de publication : 2005 Article en page(s) : p. 62-66 Note générale : Bibliogr. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Mechanical joining techniques - The range of products that can be injection moulded grows continually. It becomes more complicated, however, when inserts must be overmoulded: often, it is necessary to secure the insert against being pulled out through use of an undercut, which can require a metal forming step during injection moulding.
