Tannage Résumé : In order to control the pollution by anionic surfactants in water, and detect anionic surfactants on-line, a simple, accurate and sensitive flow injection spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of anionic surfactant in water is proposed in this paper. The method is based on the ion associate formed between sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and ethyl violet. Lthe absorbance of the complex is measured using an optical detector at 587nm. Chemical factors and FIA variables affecting the system are also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 10.00-3000.00µ 1-1 ; the detection limit was 0.25µg 1-1 ; the relative standard deviation was 0.814%. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and successfully applied to simultaneously determine the content of anionic surfactant in tannery effluent. TannageIndex. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : A rapid and sensitive flow injection spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of proteins based on the principle that Aluminum-Alizarin Red S-bovine serum albumin (BSA)-Triton X-100 complex reacts rapidly with proteins to form complexes in pH4.0 weak acid medium, which causes the change of absorption spectra, the maximum absorption peak of the system is located at 500nm. The absorbance difference is linearly related with the concentration of BSA over the range of 5-120mg l-1. The detection limit of the method was 1.42mg l-1. The method was successfully used to determine protein content in leather wastewater samples and the determined results were in good agreement with the spectrophotometry. The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate determinations of the method was 1.12% for 60mg l-1. The standard addition recovery of the method was from 101.29% to 117.32%. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A flow injection analysis coupled with catalytic spectrophotometry is proposed for simple and rapid determination of trace hyamine cationic surfactants (CSs) in tannery effluent and environmental water. The scheme is based on the markedly catalytic reaction of cationic surfactants, i.e., cetyltrimetylammonium bromide (CTMAB) and cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) which, on oxidation using KIO4 inhighly acidic hydrochloric acid medium discolour Arsenazo (III). Under the optimum conditions, the linear ranges for CTMAB and CPB are 0.1-20mg 1-1, and all relative coefficients of the two Css in different subsections of the linear ranges exceeds 09986 (n=11). The detection limits (3delta) of both the CSs are 0.08mg 1-1, and the recoveries range from 95.7 % to 103.1 %.
The relative standard deviation (R. S. D.) is 1.21 % for 2mg 1-1 CTMAB standard solution (n = 21). The developed method, which is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, can monitor 15 samples per hour. It has been applied successfully to tannery effluent and environmental water samples.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bSNhFCYzjdUi2t9M9eL2YXWic3mnL6IC/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=5941

TannageIndex. décimale : 628.5 Pollution et hygiène industrielle Résumé : In order to control the pollution of nitrite, a sample, accurate and sensitive reverse reference flow injection analysis (ffRIA) spectrophotometric method for determination of nitrite in tannery effluent is proposed. In acid conditions, nitrite with sulfanilamide is diazotized, and then the diazo material is coupled with N-1-naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride (NEH) to form a red product. The absorbance of the complex compound is measured at 540nm. Chemical factors and rrFIA variables affecting the system are also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 0-50.0 g l-1 ; the detection limit was 0.03 g l-1 ; the relative standard deviation was 0.844 %. This method was suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and successfully applied to determine the content of nitrite in tannery effluent. The proposed method is based on the reducibility of sulphide ion towards alizarin red S resulting in an intense red complex with a suitable absorption peak at 515nm. The absorbance value of this compound is directly proportional to the concentration. Optimum conditions for determining sulphide were investigated by a univariate method.
