Cross-linked polyethylene - Pipes made of peroxidically crosslinked polyethylene (PE-X) have the material properties necessary for industrial piping. Pipes made of this polymer have been used for decades for heating, drinking water, long-distance heating and gas supply. Whether installed in buildings or underground, PE-X meets the requirements for a universal material suitable for industrial pipes for air/vacuum, water, refrigeration, inert gases, solids and industrial heating. |
