Injection moulding simulation - Multi-cavity moulds with identical cavities can generally be supplied with melt via identical runners (natural balancing). With dissimilar cavities, however, identical runners will finish filling the individual cavities at different points in time. Only through customised adjustment of the runners is it possible for the filling of the different cavities to be completed virtually simultaneously. |
