Plant construction - A new technology for manufacturing the polyesters PET, PBT, PTT, PEN and their copolymers can utilise raw materials such as DMT, PTA or NDA. The new Espree tower reactor carries out esterification and pre-polycondensation reactions simultaneously. The required PBT qualities are produced in the melt phase in the Discage finishing reactor. |
