Cost consciousness - Injection moulding machines built to Central European standards give moulders an economic advantage over simply equipped machines from Asian manufacturers, so-called “low-spec” machines. An analysis of the manufacturing costs for various injection moulded parts showed : it is not the purchase price of the machine, but rather its availability and performance that are decisive regarding efficiency. |
