Powder injection moulding - The complexity of parts produced by powder injection moulding is ultimately limited by the possibilities available in the mould technology. Unlike moulds for plastics technology, not even small undercuts can be accommodated by forced demoulding. Ceramic or metal green compacts can now be joined using standard techniques to form complex geometrical structures. |
