Plastic-bonded permanent magnets with a multi-polar magnetic structure - Plastic-bonded Permanent Magnets with a Multi-polar Magnetic Structure can be produced cost effectively by means of injection moulding. In order to have precise magnetic signal control for applications involving sensor and drive technology, alignment magnets are incorporated into the cavity of the injection mould to generate alignment fields. The strength and direction of these fields must be laid out exactly in the mould. |
