Process integration - One way of countering the apparently inexorable transfer of production activities to low-wage countries is to optimise production processes. Complex manufacturing cells, which integrate upstream and downstream operations into the injection moulding process, can both reduce costs and increase product quality. A key to this is the use of complex manufacturing cells. |
