Custom-formulated functional materials - Because of their special properties, new filler combinations are being used to a large extent for complex electronic assemblies. Since such materials are difficult to process, their use requires sufficient knowledge regarding process setup. The IKV in Aachen, Germany, is currently working on optimization strategies for material and process. |
