Metal substitution - Semi-crystalline thermoplastics are finding increasing use as the material of choice in applications that were previously reserved for special resins and metals. New, highly filled polyamide grades with up to a 60% glass fiber content exhibit very good flow characteristics, high mechanical strength and an especially attractive surface quality. |
