Exjection - A newly-developed process combines the advantages of extrusion and injection molding. Long profiles with integrated mounting, closure, reinforcing and decorative elements can be economically produced in a single step via a single injection point – without the flowability of the plastic being a limiting factor. It is precisely these additional elements that cannot be achieved when profile-like plastic parts are produced by extrusion. |
