Micro-injection molding machine with linear drive - The high dynamic response and reproducibility of injection needed to produce miniature parts are often beyond the capabilities of conventional injection molding machines.
A machine concept developed at the University of Munich that is based on a screw preplasticizer incorporates a linear drive and process controller operating in real time to achieve consistent molded part quality. |
