Assembly technology - As more individual components and technologies are combined in a plant and the number of specialist technicians required for these rises, project management needs to be ever more focused. An example of this is the fully automated assembly of an inhaler from 19 individual components which requires six assembly machines, four tray handling solutions and 17 feeder systems for bulk materials to be linked together. |
