A personal appraisal - The injection molding industry, just like the economy as a whole, is currently undergoing a process of profound change. Each individual player in the sector is feeling the impact in a different way and is called upon to establish and work on their individual requirements. The essential key to getting back on track for success is thus the availability of highly qualified employees, plus actively fostered networks, built on a basis of trust, between all the players in the sector. |
