The building sector in particular is a major contributor to climate-damaging greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In order to reduce these emissions, a significant increase in energy efficiency in residential buildings is highly relevant. Ventilation systems with heat recovery have a big impact on reducing energy consumption of residential buildings.
