Automation - A newly developed multi-axis gantry robot allows users to adopt special solution approaches and provides freedom in design for follow-on operations carried out at the injection molding machine. A special, ingenious configuration means that the linear robot can be used to operate all the peripheral units that are needed for further processing, and are positioned around the machine, without being restricted to just one side. The first big robot to be installed was at Miele, the domestic appliance manufacturers. |
