Phosphate d'ammonium
Phosphate de magnésiumLe terme phosphate de magnésium est le nom générique pour les sels inorganiques de magnésium issus de l'acide phosphorique. Leur formule est :
- le dihydrogénophosphate de magnésium (Mg(H2PO4)2) ;
- l'hydrogénophosphate de magnésium (MgHPO4) ;
(Wikipedia)

Tannage -- DéchetsIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Ammonia nitrogen (NH 3 -N) pollutant has received much attention in the leather industry. An efficient strategy for removal of NH 3 -N from tannery wastewater was proposed by using a magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) precipitation method to remove NH 3 -N from deliming effluent with the highest NH 3 -N concentration among all leather-making effluents. Results showed that approximately 80% of NH 3 -N was removed from deliming effluent when reacting at P/Mg/N mole ratio of 1.2:1.2:1.0 and pH 9.5 for 20 min. The NH 3 -N and total nitrogen concentrations of tannery wastewater (a composite wastewater of all leather-making effluents) sharply decreased by treating deliming effluent with MAP precipitation, which greatly improved the biological treatment efficiency of tannery wastewater. The residual concentration of NH 3 -N in the treated tannery wastewater was less than 2 mg/L. The total phosphorus concentration of tannery wastewater increased by less than 0.4 mg/L, indicating that secondary pollution of phosphorus did not occur after MAP precipitation treatment. TannageIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Mismanagement of various wastes especially waste water produced by tanning processes has caused serious environmental problems and ultimately impaired human health. Constant efforts have been making to alleviate the pollution of tannery wastewater (TWW), yet terminal treatment still takes dominance. In this review, research on TWW treatment from 2000 to 2021 was summarized, and main methods such as coagulation and flocculation, adsorption, biological treatment, membrane filtration, advanced oxidation process were briefly discussed. More detailed introduction was given to the method of electrochemical treatment since it has excellent performance such as environmental friendliness and high efficiency, hence attracting more and more research attention in recent years. In view of the harsh physi-chemical conditions of TWW, integrated or combined treatment methods are accordingly recommended with better performance and multi-function, however comprehensive studies on optimization of methods combination and cost-effectiveness are needed. The certain issues that the residue Cr in treatment sludge and high salinity in effluent still remain were put forward in this work and potential solutions were provided. Moreover, this review proposed the perspective that realizing multi-function, recycling, and intensification should be the developing direction for future TWW treatment. This review is expected to provide a general guide for researchers who aspire to ameliorate TWW pollution problems and understand various methods utilized in this field.
