A newly developed series of pumps from Bucher Hydraulics helps to reduce drive torques by offering increased speeds in the power train. The optimized design of the internal gear units has enabled noise levels and size to be reduced still further. Applications that particularly benefit are those using highly dynamic open circuits, such as injection molding and die casting machines. Note de contenu : - Higher speed, lower noise level
- Working in reverse mode
- More displacement in a smaller size
- Fig. 1 : Internal gear pumps with higher speeds enable reduced power train sizes, as smaller servo- or reluctance-motors and inverters can be installed
- Fig. 2 : The non-compensated pump design achieves a quiet pressure build-up along the crescent with a very long pressure build-up distance
- Fig. 3 : In injection molding machines, the pump can be operated in reverse mode several times per work cycle to relieve pressureEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K3HBPi_e0l2jmXSSDSOmDwN_T1iPiu-b/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=33802
