Copolymère alkyde mélamine

MélamineLa mélamine, de nom chimique 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamine, est parfois dénommée cyanuramide ou cyanurotriamine. Sa formule brute est C3H6N6.
Les "résines mélamine-formaldéhyde" ou "mélamine-formol" (sigle MF) sont appelées "mélamine" dans le langage courant. Elles font partie de la famille des aminoplastes qui regroupe des résines thermodurcissables aminées, issues d'un comonomère tel l'urée ou la mélamine, parfois le thiocarbamide, le cyanamide hydrogène ou le dicyandiamide ; le second comonomère étant le formaldéhyde.

Enamel paint will naturally air dry and the drying time will vary in accordance with the type of enamel paint being used, the drying conditions and environmental conditions. Oil based enamels fully dry in 8 — 24 hours and dry on the inside first and then outwards. It is easy to tell when an oil based enamel has fully cured, as it will feel entirely dry when touched, the term enamel paint is also something of a misconception, as the majority of enamel paints on the market are considerably softer than vitreous enamel and even stoved synthetic resins.
The binder is the key component of the paint, which includes natural and synthetic resins, vegetable oils and natural fats, etc. These are the film former materials in paints. The main function of the binders is to hold the different components together and to adhere the film with the applied surface. The basic properties of paints such as drying, gloss, hardness, durability, flexibility, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, chemical resistance, adhesion, etc. are solely governed by the binder system used in paint formulations. |
